The very idea of having an open inclusive club which the C&MHC is, and then alienating some members from some sites for sure ous reasons is both an anathema and rediculous. Let the independant commercials appeal to this niche minority. Thankfully, as far as our club is concerned, it just won't happen!

Why does the original post who 40 replies but if you click on it you can only see three (or perhaps four now I've posted)?

Where is this? Or is it so nice you want to keep it for yourself!

By the way this thread is still all over the place, click on it and up comes the first 40 posts but you can't go back through the pages, click on it another time and only 1 page of the last 5 or 6 posts, fustrating!!!!!!!

By the way the thread title is Adult only Club Sites, apart from the odd AS there aren't any, are there?

Not saying, anyway it's full. Ten adults and 15 dogs.

Suns out now and it's very quiet, apart from the wind rattling the awning and the dog's snoring.

But mickysf you are doing the exact same thing by alienating members who would like to have the choice of adult only or family sites. I don't think the OP was wanting all sites to be adult only, but would like a choice.

Perhaps the OP could suggest which sites should be AO? Or maybe someone else could?

The problem is the membership fee which we all pay, which should mean equal access to all sites. No one should be turned away or be stopped in using a club site to which they have contributed by their membership.  Those wanting AO sites can go elsewhere. After all it's a rule of the club, if you don't agree with it don't join?

Turning your argument over, you would be alienating certain members who couldn't choose to go to certain sites. As micky says by doing so it is not an inclusive club.

But why join a club, knowing all its sites are open to all members and then argue for some members to be excluded from some sites? It just doesn't make sense surely? undecided

Posted on 12/06/2017 21:31 by nelliethehooker This site is RUBBISH!! I can't back track to read any of the previous posts. All I'm getting is the the other AO post by IanH and even that has no comments added!!.

It's changed today; I clicked on both threads, one says it has 62 posts, the other 13.  Whichever I clicked on I got the thread with 62 posts.  But, when I clicked on the date and time posted by Moulesy (Posted on 12/06/2017 21:48) I then DO get the thread with 13 posts in it.

I haven't posted for a while until a couple of days ago and things seem to have deteriorated, not improved IMHO.

And now this won't post at all, so I'm trying to post it in 't other thread!

Edited to say that it did post eventually, with nth's quote from "the other thread".  This forum really is not what you would call user-friendly cry
