Rangemaster wifi antena

Having trouble getting antenna to work. did everything according to Falcon website but to ill effect,

resorted to company for advice and found their services wanting. 

resorted to returning product as not fit for purpose.

    I have a Solwise product coupled with their wireless router which I have found works quite well. Just using the booster aerial I have found a bit more difficult but that is probably down to me not applying myself enough!!!
