more info on many fronts....
budget?
how many touring in the van? a couple or a family? size and layout will be paramount to ensure you get the best compromise of space and drivability. also with a family, need to checklicense and payload...then check again and again
where will you spend most time? uk or Europe? these places 'welcome' MH (or not) to a vastly different degree and their provision for parking and service points reflects this.
do you prefer hot or cold (skiing) climates? different vans cope far better in extreme temperatures.
how long will the trips be? weekend with the odd week or serious longer term touring. will reflect, perhaps, the amount of kit you wish to take with you.....do you need a garage for bikes etc, again check payload, think of all that wine...
consider secondary transport....are you reasonably fit? will you be taking the MH to visit places, or do it as part of your touring strategy, or do you cycle (perhas electric bikes) or are you thinking about towing a car? will you be looking to use public transport?
are you planning of staying (primarily) on sites (showers, toilets, ehu) or will you be a little more adventurous and camp without some, or all, of these things, relying on the van services? if so, large (fresh and waste) water tanks will help a lot, small tanks will drive you mad.
none of these questions really starts to address your OP, but will give a feel for your vanning experience (prior caravanner, perhaps?) and understanding of what youre looking to acheive and perhaps you'll get a bit more in depth responses...
its a minefield out there for a beginner, so research is essential.
good luck

I guess 1st find a layout that suits your needs. Where ever you buy from depends on what degree of risk you are prepared to take. Dealers may give some sort of limited warranty cover in writing [with luck]. Being a motor home 2 parts have to be considered, the basic vehicle & the habitable bit which can suffer from water ingress. The drop down menu under advice & training may be helpful. Good Luck.
