Extra Awning rail

Hi, I've just posted this on "ask the expert" but trying to cover all bases!

I have a 2012 Swift Conqueror 645 and am wondering if the large "Shoulder" that runs the length of the roof is strong enough to take an extra awning rail?

The reason for asking is I have a Fiamma bagged type canopy that I want to leave in situ, but I also want to keep the original awning rail to use with my conventional awning.

Hope all the above makes sense and any info will be greatly received.

    "Ask the expert" doesn't work that way...check the 'Read this'

    It's not reasonable to post more than one post for a specific question as it will get complicated. In your case your two normal posts are not identical so it isn't the usual forum error.

    However, I guess that only the manufacturer would be able to tell you if that particular panel was backed with sufficient support.
