The plastic runners on the sunroof squeak so can anyone recommend and good plastic to plastic lubricant?

    Silicone spay should do the trick.  Useful to have in your tool kit as you also use it to lubricate the wc cassette slidefoot-in-mouth.

    Put some silicone spray on it but still not running freely and still squeakin?
