Discussion on motor movers in Parts and Accessories section . Might help a bit but not a lot of replies.

memorymakers - If you use the search facility for terms like "mover" or "autowfix" or "e-go titanium" you should find feedback good and bad.
Here's my experience:
AutoWfix fitted the e-go titanium mover to our Caravan.
The good news is we are happy with the e-go titanium mover, easy to use remote control, has plenty of power, capable of very precise and controlled positioning. Also it doesn't deplete the battery too much. Also happy with the specific technician who did the work was very capable, helpful and worked hard to keep us informed
The bad news is making arrangements for the installation and AutoWfix's post-sales customer service is appalling!! My Advice - give this company a very wide berth
The first appointment was a no-show - they kept us waiting for hours with zero communication (and no apology). After complaining to the owner, they were then FOUR hours late for the second appointment and the communication from their team who make these arrangements was a disgrace. The owner said that he would send me a complimentary Wheel clamp as compensation for the time they had wasted and the many, many mistakes they had made.
Well they never sent the clamp or any other form of compensation. I wrote a letter of complaint - I kept it factual and not abusive - I have never received any form or other reply. Give AutoWFix a miss because bottom line they are not competent and care nothing for customer service.
I'm happy to recommend the e-go titanium - but regarding AutoWfix - don't - find someone else

I had one of these fitted to my twin axle as it is the only mover you can upgrade to all wheel drive.
In practice the single mover has done everything I need so far.
Technician was really helpful and friendly.
Unlike Hillclimb I had no issues with fitting appointment, even though I had to change the location with only 24 hours notice.
So overall I am replay happy with both the device and the service.

Fitted an e-go mover on my single axle van eight years ago, then moved it to my new Olympus 464 a year later. Works very well and was quite easy to fit. Hopefully it will last a bit longer!
I was only 67 yrs old then and can't crawl as easily now so would probably get a fitter to do my next one!

I also had no problem with the fitting appointment despite the fact I live in the outback of deepest Devon, the fitter was impressive as he had the routine off to a tee. Job done demo over and he was gone , would not even have a drink offered.
I also like the mover as it is as simple as possible, easy to keep clean and lube

I too had a Ego titanium mover fitted last year. I also had a no show fitting appointment. When the fitter did arrive a few weeks later he stated he was not even given the first fitting date. I am reasonably happy with the mover although it has now developed a fault( unable to move caravan in a straight line). And the engagement handle has broken making the mover un-useable
Contact with the head office is a serious issue. Had to phone 7 times before I actually got through to someone. 6 answerphone messages left not one call back. When I got through promised a new handle by return of post. Guess what no handle. Again many calls and messages including emails unanswered. When eventually got through arranged to collect handle from their head office as they "forgot" to post.
I visited their head office on a Saturday as their website stated open 10am -1 pm. The office is on a locked industrial estate and the gatekeeper will not let you in unless someone is at the office. Despite many calls It appears they are not open on a Saturday. So went back on the Monday. Again no access to the office as no one answering the phone to authorise access. The security staff state this is a direct order from Autowfix as they previously had problems with angry customers. Despite waiting on site for 2 hours and sending emails and calling repeatedly no one would answer the phone( security staff checked and there was people in the office)
Phoned again the next day and after many calls and messages with no call back was promised again that a handle would be posted . Guess what two weeks later no handle.
I have left a email message every day last week requesting a call back to discuss the new fault and ask for a replacement handle to be sent as promised, no contact from Autowfix.
I am thoroughly disgusted with them and wish I had never purchased from them. I used them due to the advert on the club site, rightly or wrongly assuming the club had checked them out.
Next step recorded letter then legal action.
