On-board water tank

Am I missing something, just bought a new Elldiss Crusader that has an on-board water tank (not one of my choices) just been away and had a play with the water system and the tank fills to the top. Turned the tap to drain no problem, but leaves around 20mm of water in the bottom that wont drain out even tipping the van towards the drain valve. The water level is above the tap but not draining.

Any Ideas ?

    Try opening the taps in the sink, could be a vacuum, let air in, water should come out? Worth a try!
