Via Porlock hill, Countisbury hill, Lynton and Lynmouth with a caravan is not wise. I would follow the directions on the website or in your handbook.

    Follow the club's directions -

"Leave M5 at junction 27; follow signs for Barnstaple and then Ilfracombe, Newbridge via North Devon Link road and A361. At Mullacott Cross roundabout turn left onto B3343 (signposted Mortehoe, Woolacombe). In 1.75 miles turn right signposted Mortehoe. The Site entrance is on the right in about 1 mile. Note: approach from South on B3231 not recommended. If using sat nav, the entrance to Damage Barton is on Mortehoe Station Road - do not turn down Warcombe Lane as directed when using the postcode. Please read notice board in Information Centre on arrival before siting outfit if the office is closed."

Use any other route at your peril. The sketch map clearly shows the B3343 as being the only route for caravans.
