On opening CT this morning a pop up appeared asking me to rate the site and then comment on my score.  Result should make interesting reading!

    Filled mine in, scored it at 2 and my comments weren't very complimentary either. I also had an email about using the magazine App. I have no problem with the latter other than I find the content lacking.

    I scored it 3, but on reading my comments it aught to have been a 2.

    Oh well this work in progress is taking for ever. its a real pity that they didn't employ a specialist company instead of doing it in house!

    But I suppose that they wanted to save up so that they could afford to have the wonderful new Logo!

    Also got a survey after a visit to CC site. Useless questions but nothing about comparisons with other providers. Believe its another costly outside company.Surely the results could be collated from site reviews left, but that would mean the tea drinkers at HO doing some work.

    The fact that it is running in two other areas of CT is a measure of how difficult it is to spot new post and follow them.

    I have been on line for 15 mins. and filled it in twice. Anyone else making multiple returns or is it malfunctioning?

    I low scored it aswell, I get more info out of you lot than the website plus a good laugh now and then

    Merely indicative of the lack of competence that pervades the IT function of this organisation. I haven't been posting for a while but have returned to find this forum is as execrable as ever.

    Seems to have been taken down. Probably the results was not what they wanted at Ivory Towers.

    The pop up appeared yesterday and was filled in.

    I had trouble spelling incompetent and the asterisk count is a bit high.

    I know the powers that be will take not the slightest jot of attention to whatever score you put or the comments you made.

    But I felt better for the rant.

    And the pop up has just reappeared - should I score it once more?

    Why not? They've asked. Lots of us did. If they didn't want same people to contribute more than once they'd have blocked IP address. Sounds like I know what I'm talking about 😂. There's a stroke count so I'm sure you can raise different issues 😉.
