Gear problem

Help please, getting nowhere with garage. We have a Fiat Ducatto motorhome. Gears work for about two hours then become stiff and unable to move into first and second gear or reverse. When cooled down work properly. Had new clutch and gear oil . Still problem happens. Seem to be pouring money and getting nowhere. Anyone she'd light on our problem.Thankyou.

    Thanks everyone. Somebody sent information that they had the same problem. I tried to save the answer but lost it in the process. Could that person please reply again. You are the only one who has encountered this. Thankyou.
