Leaking sun roof on swift freestyle 2

been to Scotland and caravan was covered in heavy snow when it started to thaw water came in the sunroof above the window only happened once .the thing is after that we had heavy rain and sunroof was ok no leaks,had it to dealers to be checked they could not recreate leak,whot do I do next the caravan is only one year home and we have had it from new any suggestions welcome

    Could have been a one off because of conditions,we had water coming in nearside front window of our c/van when towing in heavy rain and standing water,but dealer could not replicate and it  not happened since, but also have not had those conditions sinceundecided,

    So keep out of heavy snowcool

    Don't take offence but your in the wrong section here.

    Might it have been condensation?

    JVB I had same problem.  Traced it to the tiny gap in the rubber seal.  The gap was in the lower part of the window.  Captain 'what is he called' sealant cured the problem.
