Site Night vouchers.

Now that this scheme is coming to an end, we still have 2 outstanding vouchers, valid until the end of June.

We have just one club booking before them and assumed they'd be valid but I just noticed on the booking confirmation a note to the effect that we should check the situation rather than assuming they could be used.

Anyone tried to use a voucher recently? undecided

    Hi Tracy123, We also have 5 valid site night vouchers which we intend to use this coming weekend at the North Yorks Moors site. In the past I have been able to give these to my son ( also a member ) to use, as long as he checked in at the same time as us. So I have two questions please:

    1, Will I still be able to "donate" 3 vouchers to my sons family when we arrive together ?

    2, As I no longer have the CC credit card (now changed to Barclaycard )or the accompanying letter sent with the vouchers, can you confirm these will still be accepted ?

    Hi Tracey - we have a mid week booking for Chatsworth next month.

    Hi lesbunny,

    I have never known for vouchers to be given to somebody else as they should be used by the person they were presented to. I think you may have just been lucky in the past. You don't need the card or the letter though for you to use them and they are still valid for you to use this weekend.

    Hi Tracy, As per my comment of  " when we arrive together " I will be using them to pay for the three nights my sons family are staying & for two of the three nights we are staying. So in effect they will all be used by me when we both check in at the same time. This is what I was told by head office when they changed the rules the first time in an effort to stop people selling the vouchers - that as long as i was also staying on site at the same time, there would not be a problem.
