As I said, I quite like the idea of music in the toilet block.

Only downside is that it's always been Radio 2 playing......nothing wrong with that, except that at morning ablution time it's shouty Chris Evans that's on yell

Mm this is a difficult choice .......would I'd sooner listen to piped music / chatter in the toilet block even if it was radio 2 ......or all the bodily functional noises that abound from the gents cubicles that vary in loudness & tone ...........no brainer really 😂

    edit.........

Ive just been informed that its the same situation in the ladies..........😜

Really have people not got anything better to do or moan about?

For me I like the  music but we do listen to the radio all the time anyway so for us its continuity when visiting the block.

As for cost everyone seems to think its costing thousands of pounds as day whereas in fact it may not be costing anything or covered under licences already held so before moaning about a cost that may or may not be there lets wait for the club to confirm...

    That is where we differ.

But a bit of music twice a day is hardly going to ruin your holiday is it?

Piped music doesn't bother me one bit. It sometimes has an upside. On site in the Isle of Wight I heard one tune almost every morning in the washing up room, the fact that I was able to whistle the tune later did my street cred no end of good with my grandsons who regard me as an out of touch old fogey.😀

I don't mind the music, particularly if it was BBC Radio 2.

" ... it sometimes feel that SOME members use any chance they get to have a moan at the club."

For some that's the whole joy of CT, fb!! wink

I like the sound of music better than the sound of bodily functions.

If it's a problem turn the other cheek.
