Hi I brought a Bailey senator oklahoma 2006 model a couple of weeks ago and been doing a few bits and pieces to it but found last night that the truma heater won't ignite on the gas. When I try it just  makes a clicking noise. Ang ideal would be welcome thank you.

Not sure that the Trauma heater (fire) has an outside cover!  Suppose you have checked that the gas to the heater is turned on?  Mine was difficult to ignite this spring but eventually did.  Possibly the burner needs a clean.  If you purchased from a dealer back to them.  If you purchased it privately a service may be necessary and get the mechanic to check the fire.  If it is the water heater, yes remove the cover, ensure gas is turned on and check the fuse (I think there is one for the water heater).  If not working then it is the dealer/service again.

Could be a lack of gas supply (can you smell gas?)

Did it work when you tested it prior to completing the purchase?

I will try all of above and see if that does any good.

We have a duplicate thread going here!  Suggest that they are amalgamated or at least that we just use one.

Thank you so much for all your advice I tried levelling checking the battery on the ignition and loads of  stuff and in the end it works that's the main thing.
