How much payload you can afford to lose to it is also a possible consideration.
You will need proper twin mover, even if you go with a 2 wheel one, a singe axle one cannot be used.
Our van weighs in at 1900kg, we have a Truma 2 wheel as we have easy access to our sloping driveway. It also weighs about 32kg, about half as much as a 4 wheel one. It does what we need it to do, and with a little shuffling can get the van in and out of some tight situations.

The electronics on a 2 wheel twin mover are totally different.
To turn, the outer wheels move a bit, then all the wheels move a tiny bit to relieve the sideways pressure on the tyres.
Ours is in front of the wheels, so if we lower the nose it helps to take the weight off the rear tyres and reduces the pressure on the tyre walls.
The van will not rotate like a single axle, the opposing wheels do not go in opposite directions at the same time, so the turning circle is something like 11-12 metres.

A point to watch is how the mechanism is actuated. Basic ones use a lever to get the rollers onto the wheels and these can be very heavy so if you have any health or strength issues they may not be suitable. Far easier are the automatic ones although they cost far more. If you are going for a manual one try it first to see if you are happy with the power needed.
There are also ones using a winding handle which is easier than the lever but you do have to make sure they are on tight or the caravan might roll on a slope.
As for makes we have had three different ones and the difference in performance is not enough to sway the decision for me.

When we had very recently a motor mover fitted to our c/van,one thing that was mentioned ,if the c/van is in storage and not used frequently,the electric apply ones can move onto the wheels but the batt not have enough power to move the c/van and the mover is then stuck against the wheels ,(so we have the manual version)
