If I missed out on holidays I would definitely be claiming compensation from Bailey using the small claims court. I am wondering if the insurance paid for all the stuff that was lost with the MH?

If you have signed a disclaimer accepting the offer in full and final settlement you might be in trouble going for further compensation now. If an insurance company was involved you would normally deal with them although they might have allowed Bailey to negotiate if they thought it preferable. Going back to an insurer to agree settlement might explain the delays.
