Pricing Confusion?
Not sure if this is me misunderstanding something, but I am confused. I have just checked out a couple of the £14 per night sites, (Nunnykirk and Ilfracombe). In large print in the top right hand corner of the webpage for each, is states "price from £18.50", then goes on to explain this is site fee plus one adult. Yet somewhere else on each page is says that these sites are £14 per night, all year, regardless of number staying in tourer outfit!
So, I wonder which is correct? I know that there have been differences in prices quoted online and in handbook, so I wonder how many more prices are confusing members as they look to choose somewhere to stay?
Apologies if this is me missing something obvious, but I am blowed if I can find it!

It was the same last year TDA when I looked at Much Wenlock and Aberbran.
The price is right when you make the booking but it would be better to make it clear right from the start as per the key value below

All the £14 per night sites appear to show incorrect or misleading prices on webpages. some are showing £10.50/£10.10, although I am guessing this might be for a none hook up pitch. Not only is the pricing of pitches confusing and irritating members, it appears on this occasion to have baffled who ever built the web site page!
I dont use the app, and have no intention of using it. I am guessing the website pages will be where most folks browse, so this needs correcting?
I cannot report my own post, but if some one else wants to do it for me, perhaps will get sorted?

I'd made this point many weeks ago to HO but as usual they did not come back with a proper explanation. I gave up!! It's just a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, again!!

Hi everyone,
Thank you for raising this with us. We are aware of the issue, and it is an issue which is due to be fixed shortly. As pointed out by EasyT, we do have a message on the affected sites’ web pages, which states that “If you're using our UK sites app, the price will reduce to the correct amount for the Freedom for £14 promotion on the booking confirmation screen.”
We apologise for the confusion, however, you will be charged the correct price, as per the terms of the ‘Freedom for £14’ offer.
