Porch awning for Lunar Clubman SB

We will soon be picking up our Lunar Clubman SB and are now trying to find a suitable porch awning.  Because of the position of the windows, our preferred size porch awning (260 cm) will cut across the nearside bedroom window.  Does anyone have any experience of this? Will it cause a problem with window scratches and/or cause problems with a weather seal against the side of the van?  Thanks.

    We have an Isabella Magnum for our Lunar.  Yes it does cut across rear window but has never caused a problem. The padding works well to protect the window from the upright poles.

    We have a Clubman SB & use a Kampa Porch awning. Its 200 cm wide so it will fit behind your front window & in front of the door & in front of the rear window.

    WE have had the problem on two caravans but it did not damage the windows although we did protect it. It is inconvenient though, so if you are buying one I would get one that misses the window.
