    Hi Auchtavanner. I posted a reply to this earlier, & it's apparently vanished... try again.... if it's my profile pic you mean here, it's a 19th or early  20th Century illustration from a book of traditional stories. I'm a storyteller, and play (non-Scottish) bagpipes among other things, so it seemed appropriate for me to adopt as a trademark! I wish to assert that I do not ride round on a giant cockerel, nor have a half-hedgehog physique, however smile  But I do love the skill of those artists and engravers in pre-photography days.

    If it was RRMan's profile pic you meant ... well, here was some gratuitous and non-caravan related information!
