As I have no way of washing my caravan were I store it, Is it ok to use Waterless Wash products on the outside. Or will this damage the paint.                                                                                   Thanks.

Some people swear by the waterless wash products.

Personally I cannot see how, if there is any amount of dust, sand, road grit on the surface of your van, that polishing that in to the surface coating, would do anything other than result in damage!

Which is why I have never tried it!

I always rinse the van off first before useing water less cleaning products,on cc sites you are entitled to "rinse" the van with water, which i do,then use water less cleaner

I take 2 barrels of water to storage, one warm to wash it, the other cold for rinsing, I use a garden fence pressure sprayer, works a treat and you won't use as much water

Not on the current van as I had a coating applied. Which so far after three years, means it comes clean very easy just with a rinse off. On our previous van we used the product for several years, however like ET and JVB I rinsed it off first. I still considered it worth using as it put a high shine slippery coat on the van that made it much easier to clean the next time. I will certainly start using it again when the coating on the current van stops working.

+1  Good product but not as long lasting as proper polish.

We have always used Showroom Shine on both our cars and caravan without any detrimental effects to the paintwork on either tho I  do rinse off the car if it is heavily soiled.
