Need some advice please
We brought a second caravan in October it's 6 years old...we have only taken it out twice...once at the end of October 2016 and just last weekend. I noticed on the first outing out we had a lot of condensation on the inside of the windows when we stayed in it for 2 nites...every day I was having to wipe up the water as it was pooling at the bottom of the windows. Is this normal for the colder months to happen. We also found a large scratch on the roof drivers side which we didn't know was there when we brought it.. pretty sure it's not happened on the 2 times we took it out..hustle concerned about whether damp could get in and the other thing we noticed we left a bottle of balsamic vinigar sealed in caravan and my husband said it was covered in mould when he found it...plus a container with salt in was full of mould and water...i assume this has sacked up all the moisture. Sorry if this all sounds trivial but we are fairly new to caravan8ng and just wondered if this is normal!. And can any one recommend a leisure 100amp battery charger?! Big Thanks in advance!

What were you using to heat the 'van in October ? Depending on that and on the amount of ventilation you had and the integrity of the windows' double-glazing cavity, you might well get condensation.
Always best to have some ventilation over winter, if not and things are dirty you'll get mould.
Did you check the 'van for damp, or have it surveyed, before purchasing ?
If the scatch hasn't penetrated the paint then that shouldn't have any impact on damp.

WRT to the charger....
To be pedantic your battery has a 100 Amp-hour capacity when fully charged which is to say that you don't need to use a 100 Amp charger; far from it. The capacity of a battery is irrelevant to the choice of charger. Most chargers might charge a dead flat vehicle battery at around 7 to 10 amps absolute max, and drop gradually to 1 or zero amps once the battery is fully charged.
The critical point is that the charger must be compatible with the type of battery that you have. Specifically; whether it is a Standard (wet) battery or a Gel (sealed) battery. Some chargers have a selector option so that you can choose between a charge rate that is suitable for a wet (so-called 'Standard') battery or a Gel type (sealed) battery. The 'Intelligent' chargers are the most suitable since they sense the battery's state of charge and respond accordingly.
I'll not stick my neck out and recommend a supplier as there are many choices of supplier and some folk are entertained by browsing t'internet and will no doubt advise that Amazon, eBay, etc. etc. have them a penny cheaper than someone else. I have an intelligent Fully Automatic charger from Halfords which has the battery type selector option as I have some Standard and some Gel type batteries (on my 4 motorbikes, 2 cars, lawn mower and m/home).

When you went away late October, was it very cold outside? If you are producing a lot of moisture, ie cooking, showers, 2 or 4 people or pets then condensation will happen on cold windows or in cold corner surfaces, even in the wardrobe. When the van is out of use in the winter, make sure there is good ventilation, moving air round. Wipe surfaces with anti mold solution if mold recurs. Ventilation is important.

My van is 9 years old and condensation free unless I boil something for ages. I keep the Windows on the ventilated latch unless facing a gale but even when unoccupied and the heating on lowest setting outside home in winter. Perhaps yours needs a good airing and maybe those moisture catchers. Have you checked it with a damp meter?
