They do, EasyT but they also sell alcohol and normal cigarettes too. This particular customer never orders E-Liquids, he seems to prefer the traditional smoke! We delivered to him only a few days ago!

When I was working, at times I felt "put upon" by people asking me to do just one more thing. So I wrote on the back of my hand "just say no".
Even when I had washed it off, I could still see the feint marks and knew what it said. I also pointed it out if I felt pressured into doing too much.

BIL had a solid fuel/ wood burning Rayburn, did CH as well. They did have a conventional cooker as well to use in Summer. I think the Aga in the Dartmoor cottage was oil fired. You could regulate temperature a bit, but I soon got used to boiling on one plate and then simmering on another! It was huge, kept the whole cottage warm.

Google is your friend on this, there are 100s of these acronyms that I have no clue about either!
In this case I will settle for "dear daughter"......dear to us and also often dear in upkeep in the past!
Now she is almost 32, she is of course self financing.
She arrived quite late in our lives, I was 42 and OH was 36, so a bit of a bonus when we had almost given up hope of having a second child, her brother is 46 now.
She always asks nicely when she would like me to do something for her. If it is sensible and I can do it, then I generally agree, but nothing comes in the way of our holidays!

Horrid weather today. Very squally rain and cold with it. Cathedral this morning as usual and then a quick call round to a friend with a present for her new grand-daughter. She has 4 grandsons so is delighted to get a girl. Not doing much this afternoon - mostly reading the papers. I have a fit of the 'fed ups' 😟

Yes, very frustrating when you're looking forward to getting home and you're delayed by another hour having already done 8 hours! On one occasion when we did say no because it would have meant working beyond 11 p.m., I got no end of stick from the chief boss. He spent ages on the phone to me telling me how terrible I was! Yet that day was supposed to have been my day off but the immediate boss said could I do it as he had to attend a meeting and it was understood that I woukd finish at ten p.m. that day.

Arrived at our "second home" at 1240 ,has slowly emptied out 5 left in this area now, interesting "converstions" at the service point no one positive about new "ice cream led company" only one indifferent as they had just joined, I think it had been big topic ,with a big group who normally rally , they are considering if to go to the "friendly"club,

We're on site too now, both of us noticed the new signage doesn't look as visible. Enjoy your FM stay!
Very wet and windy. Did a visit to family and will see some here tomorrow.
Have booked Devon and Cornwall later in the month, trying out a CL near Mevagissey.

Wherenext: We've got a nice border collie who would solve your squirrel problem, his favourite hobby is chasing them off. Mind you he hasn't caught one yet.

Yes. I'm due to finish in 10 minutes but knowing my luck, another order will come in just two minutes before delaying me by another 45 minutes! We finished the last order at 17:30.

Oh dear! I spoke too soon. A Macdonalds order has just come in. That scuppers my chance of getting away by seven! Another one has come in so that's two more deliveries to do!

Helen, when we had a Westie then Squirrels thought twice before coming into the garden. She'd tree a squirrel any day but we all knew she was a real softie at heart, proved one day when the Squirrel fell off the fencing panel and landed on top of her. Both of them were as surprised as anything and our little one turned around as if confused but we all knew it was so that the Squirrel could escape and they could carry on playing the game!
When we got a Recycled Spaniel we wondered what would happen but after a few weeks of letting her out into the garden we noticed that not only had the Squirrel carried on eating the bird food but that the Blackbirds would quite happily hop around within a few feet of her. Softest animal I ever saw. A real darling considering how she'd been treated. A real credit to the never ending forgiveness that most dogs seem to possess.

Enjoy FM JVB. Sorry I couldn't arrange better weather for you. 😦
Have a good time at Baltic Wharf brue. We have never managed to get there and probably won't now unfortunately. Such a shame it's closing. Our first trip away is booked for the first week in April 😁 Houghton Mill. Really looking forward to it. Let's hope the weather improves for us all soon. Spring is just around the corner. 😃

Malcolm......you need to remember that as you are self employed (according to this "boss") it is you who decides when you work.
If you cannot decide that, then you are not legally self employed.
Your so called "boss" cannot have it both ways
So of you want/need to head back to your van, then just tell him you are going.
As he seems to have great difficulty getting anyone else to do this work, he is very unlikely to "sack" you!
Put yourself, and your wife, first for a change.

We miss having our son's miniature golden doodle, she lived with us for first couple of years but lives with him and his fiancee these days 😢. We had her for 6 weeks or so from Christmas and I notice the squirrel returning to our garden in the last few days. She is a terror for squirrels and can spot them in the trees wherever we are, her bark is very different for them, and I swear she'll climb a tree one day. When she was quite young she did manage to grab one in the garden and we discovered half a tail, we weren't sure she'd got it until we found a bit of tail. However stupid creature didn't learnt it's lesson and stay away. For a year or two it still appeared even when she was around. I have found Wilko squirrel proof feeders pretty good 😃

Sounds like my old labrador He would often be fed on the covered patio, If a blackbird was about he would lie down with his nose a couple of feet away whilst the blackbird had some of his food, I even saw occasions with one bird eating and another waiting its turn. He was the same with a mouse that lived in the nearby heather bed. Our cat was no better and would watch the birds eat his food from a similar distance

Found a new cleaning sponge, Flash magic eraser, £1.50 that's half price in Wilkos, brilliant. Have some stain splash onto window frames nowt else seemed to work so tried these just add water squeeze clean and throw. Two sponges per pack and I cut each into 3 for ease of use. Well pleased, now looking for more cleaning to do 😶😲. Can't imagine what's in them or how environmental they are.
We then went to friends for Sunday roast. Great catch up home again for Call the Midwife no tea needed.been a day of sunshine and showers but chilly wind.
Glad those of you away are enjoying themselves. Hopefully we'll get something sorted before long. Aiming on freshening little bedroom this week, then we should be ready to plan 😉
