Unfollow topic

I have inadvertently followed a topic and keep getting email notification of new posts. How do I unfollow ??

    I feel the process to unfollow needs to easier for example a simple one stage process on both the discussion page and any subsequent email notification

    Spk, the 'Follow' button under the OP changes to 'Unfollow' once it's been activated. Just click 'Unfollow' to stop following.
