The card gives you site night vouchers and nothing else. Were you looking for club vouchers of a different sort?

That is the exact problem I encountered earlier this afternoon. Being directed to claim freedom rewards website would not accept my CC credit card number. Will try again tomorrow when hopefully I can speak to a human being, not a computer.

Probably best to contact them other than on a bank holiday. Must say we've never had a problem claiming vouchers - 2 minute phone call and vouchers arrive within a few days. In fact we've just used a couple last weekend! Happy

Are there more problems with the Barclaycard connection with the Club as the website is saying they are not taking any more applications for the credit card at the moment

Just had a phone call from Barclays Bank to say Caravan Club Night Vouchers Department do not work on Bank Holidays - why didn't any of their operators know this and keep transferring us . There perhaps should have at least  been a recorded message when
we were transferred.  Problem now sorted, the moral of the story is  don't try to redeem points for Caravan Club vouchers on any Bank Holiday.

Never had a problem redeeming mine. Just phone the contact centre and the automated system puts me through to a nice lady in Ireland and vouchers turn up a few days later.

Following my failure to redeem my points on Monday, I rang on Tuesday, also spoke to a nice Irish lady who informed me that my points total was short of that required for four vouchers. When I questioned this as my latest statement shows this not to be the
case, I was told that due to my not claiming for some time some points had dropped off. However, as this had only just occurred she reinstated them, so I now await four vouchers in the post. Moral: don't try to claim points on a Bank Holiday. Lesson learned.

Sorry for the problems everyone has been having.  The rewards team office is manned from 9-6 pm Mon - Friday and Sat 9-4 and not Bank Holidays.  There used to be a message on the line about opening hours which is no longer there.. We have brought this to
Barclaycard's attention and they tell us they are working to reinstate this.    Jean

That used to be the case however I suspect that many, like myself no longer use the club credit card.

You need either the card or the letter that came with the vouchers.

Although as statement should do. As the offer is dying out I would be surprised if it was not accepted without. I kept my old card with the corner cut off.
