Can anyone recommend a company that supplies replacement Cassette Blinds. The guiding string on our washroom blind, Bailey Madrid Unicorn 2011, has broken and it's making closing it a problem.

You can get them from the Bailey Parts website - in my experience they're good on delivery

    Hi

I pointed someone the other day that had rooflight problems to a company that will be able to help. Try www.leisureshopdirect.com, friendly helpful service on the phone too

The Bailey Parts web page is quite comprehensive and worth a look. Not sure if its the same for caravans but with motorhomes you can put in the VIN number and it narrows down the search for your model.

With a Bailey caravan just use the drop down menu on the parts web site to identify the model/year of your caravan.

If you put the vin number of your c/van into website it will come up with all the available parts applicable to your van, and the parts are normally same day dispatch or next if in stock

It would be interesting to see if there's a price difference between the website I mentioned above and the Bailey website as mentioned by KatieB,

Both will stock the same parts, they are not bailey specific.

Checking something else against the Bailey site there is a huge difference in price, 1 item from Bailey £13.99 another site 10 of the same item £66 pounds. Always shop around for the best price.

Thanks for all you're replies. I did look at the Bailey parts web site, but wondered if there were cheaper alternatives. Leisureshopdirect don't have the size I require, although I could phone them to check, I suppose, as I've dealt with them before.
