I just recieved an email from the CC with a link to a survey, re our recent visit to Clumber. I thought the survey was quite good, with besides the normal tick boxes, spaces to comment on things like quality of wifi and facilities. I've no idea if all visitors get one or just a random sample, however it seems a useful initiative, and you get entered into a prize draw for your effort.

I had one too for our New Year stay on a site and yes, it was a sensible survey.

Thought that you were going to say that it was a survey of this (web) site. Wonder what you'd have said on that one. Bet we don't get one from HO for this site!!!

I also had one last week for our stay at Chapel lane Wythall over the New Year weekend.

Think it's a good idea. I only hope they get read and acted upon should something be amiss with any site.

In our case , there were no issues

Can' t be certain I would complete everyone if this is now to be the norm.

Popped into Moreton in Marsh today to visit someone and it appears it is undergoing a " mini makeover"

New drains and lower shower block seem to be getting the treatment.

This half was totally shut down.

Anybody else know what is planned ?

One of our favourite sites but have to say it is looking a little " tired" at the moment

I feel left out frown we stayed at Lady Margaret's Park for just over a week in early January, but haven't got a survey.  Randomly selected?

I would not have known about this survey if not for Steve's Post. Because I have reservations on CC's technical abilities I use a throw away e-mail addy for them. Rarely check it. So thanks Steve.
