Over the years we have had a few caravans and all have had a problem or two .Taking back to the dealer for the repairs,servicing etc.This December decided to take our 3yr Lunar local to an Approved service agent whilst still in warranty.I,ve always thought that if you had a warranty issue you would be better off at a dealer,well I was pleasanty surprised the agent reported back that there was a issue and they would contact Lunar.Well the upshot is Lunar delivered the parts and the agent did the fix all within 3 weeks! no complaints.

Very pleased that you got sorted.
But still, I have to say.......three weeks! Imagine if your car took that long to fix!? Most car workshops can get parts delivered the same day.
I do think caravan dealers and manufacturers still live in the dark ages.
As I said, it's great that you are sorted......but.......

We have had a problem with the seats in our c/van (known fault) sent email to Manufacturer yesterday with quiery, reply this morning,with tel number, after conversion with customer service ,new seats on next day delivery to our home address
