Has anybody seen this? I think Mary Whitehouse would have been very busy if she had still been around. I can just about understand what it's about.

    Yes really enjoying it, slight difficulty in following some of the characters and who's side they are on, But it has everything for the connoisseur laughing, a bit of sex, violence, cursing and some black magic thrown in for good measure.

    Yup, I'm loving Taboo. When I first tuned in I thought the production values very 'movie like' acting superb & all round excellent watch. Then I read the Producers included Ridley Scott, then it all made sense. It reflects the times very grittily. The East India company was frighteningly powerful for a long time.

    I'll have to watch this on catch-up because I keep seeing bits of it and it looks good.
