Can`t help with actual position but the alarm box is black about 4-6" square, on our Lunar its at the front end of nearside underseat storage. The cover is held on by a single bolt passing through cover from one side to the other.

The Stinger 310 alarm on my Coachman is under a front seat not far from the fuse box. Mine is an ally box though.

Again Coachman, mine is under bedlocker battery locker side Its an alloy lid with a centre bolt and two top cover screws.Sounds like you haven't had  a battery connected whilst in storage so the internal battery has discharged.

You may find when the supply has been restored and the internal battery has recharged itself you will have lost the operation of the alarm (and awning light)from the remote control, a telephone call to Sargent and they will talk you through how to reset it.You wil need a mobile phone for the info to come through.

Your last paragraph is exactly the situation I'm in at the moment .... I just need to find the time at the same time as the inclination to pair it back with the fobs.

So its toward the front, Ive had a bit of a thought maybe trace the cables from the floor level sensor back to where ever but I suppose the most worrying thing was why is it dead anyway, a Monday morning call to the Sargent help line is in order which is 01482 881655 if any body else needs it, anyway thanks for your input chaps..H

Thanks you Fozzie, but I do have the instructions knocking about somewhere. In between Grandad duties & having to go to work I've never got around to it. It'll get done before we next go away. wink

Paired both alarm fobs with the caravan alarm today. Took longer to remove 'stuff' from on the seat so I could get into the locker below. 😊

It's under the front seat, on the left hand side, pick up the small cushion and it's under there.  We have swift challenger 580 year 2016.

Ours went too and when it was serviced the engineer phoned Sargent and sent us a new one free.  Hope this helps.

Why thank you Lynne many thanks, been told by Sargents its probs the back up battery, not too sure about that especially when the alarm is hitched to a perfectly good leisure battery showing 13 amps, oh the back up battery is a whopping 43 quid from Sargents, seen similar on ebay for, wait for it , 9.99..
