hi

we are having a seasonal pitch this year for the first time.im thinking about having artificial grass it my awning. I'm not sure wether to buy plastic pallets to line the floor then put the grass on them (they stack inside each other so removing and storing at the end of the season should be easy).

or do i put a sheet of plastic or a ground sheet straight down on the soil (the grass has died on all the pitches) then the grass

any advice about the matter would be very appreciated

thanks wayne

If it is on a cc site ,i do not think you can leave your awning erected when not in attendance in the c/van,i suggest you talk to the site staff before making any purchase

I can't imagine permanent floor covering in an awning being popular with any site owner.

Wise words from JVB - speak to the site owner/warden.

Hi, We have had a seasonal pitch on a club site many years ago and you must take the awning down when outfit is not in use and generally when on site a groundsheet needs lifting every few days to let the grass recover. We agree with JVB check with site staff on arrival.

    Enjoy your seasonal.
