well f we set for a new year in longleat, sat nave and map in tow, directions all rote down. so how did we end up at the bottom of a 25% hill with a bus and three cars and use blocking the way, and as per usual the van would not go were you want it to go the hills so steep  the 4x4 struggled to tow it up the hill to clear the road, panic stations sets in, a lovely mechanic came out of his garage and used a chock so that we could at least get the unit in some kind of position to move the van, with me swinging on the back steering for  my  dear life, we eventually got out with 0.5 ins to spare at either side I thought we'd lost it at one point. we arrived on the cc site longleat to be greeted by lovely friendly  wardens who advised use that the type of pitch we had booked  only had one left so of we went to find our plot we but the van in and started to set up we noticed that the people next door had a dog fare enough we have 2 but choose to leave them in kennels as we knew there would be fire works and they don't like them plus we were going to look at the festival of lights so not fare to leave them in van and we were doing some sight seeing as well, we  heard them singing and saying happy new year it was only when we were checking van for safety reasons before setting of that we noticed bear stains all over the van like some one had sprayed the van with beer, just before we set of they let there dog out to fowle the grass and did not pick it up what do you do in these cases do you report them to wardens, I would not dream of spraying any kind of substance on anyone's van
