For those who remember

i have been suffering with high blood pressure ,

i have been to the doctors on my usual 6 monthly check , in the meantime i have done home tests and to be honest they are happy with my average reading of 140/58 it is coming down nicely. i am due a full yearly check in May that will be bloods , cholesterol , weight ,and pee sample , to make sure i am not diabetic ,and to mainly insure the pills are not coursing me kidney damage , it is hoped to be put on a lower dose of pills by then , i hope to do some cycling and cross trainer work starting January ,combined with my job i should pull it off .
