    Barely does a week pass when I don't get an email from somewhere saying that there is a problem with my account and I need to log onto a web site and provide personal information.

    They all go straight into the junk folder.

    Wouldn't mind so much, but I get them from banks where I don't even or ever have had an accounttongue-out

    I've had a few emails, supposedly from Amazon, recently telling me that someone has bought a telly using my account.  I delete the email, then log in to Amazon via my web browser.  Of course it's all OK & no orders made because the email is a scam.
