Any other bikers amongst you? If so, what do you ride?

Not sure if I count as a biker any more, maybe an occasional motorcyclist.

I'm supposed to be cutting down on the number of bikes I have but today picked up another one, a mini moto that was out for the tip because their kids had outgrown it, so that's 10 in the garage again

I have now sold my last bike an immaculate Suzuki Bandit.  Still interested in the sport and ran a rally at the Snetterton Race Circuit over the Bank Holiday weekend where we saw 3 days of 'Thundersports' motorcycle racing.  Took me back 50 odd years when I was doing it !

1927 AJS H4 ridden about 2000 mls p.a. to shows and camping rallies.

    1947 AJS 500 Model 18 ridden 2500 mls p.a.

    1954 Matchless 350 G3LS ridden 6000 mls p.a. including a 3 month 2,400 mls camping tour of Europe.

2016 Mutchless 250 Classic. (Actually a Chinese 'Herald Classic 250') just for diddling around.

I only have use of my left arm so all bikes have an adaptation with the clutch and front brake levers together on left plus a thumb throttle on left. I do fall off now and again.

Thought I'd poke me nose in and see what's going on lol.

I'm still riding after 48 years now.Arthritus dictates my current bikes I can ride comfortably ie a Suzuki  Burgman,a Hondamatic, and surprisingly still my Harley, also have a Honda Superdream and a BMW R80.

Don't know wether you would call it cheating but I have got a Harley Electra Glide trike . It's a 105th Anniversary Edition which I bought as a solo and then had back problems so had I converted to a trike by Hank at Trike Design in Caerphilly. I love it and don't know of another one like it.

I've been looking at Hondas DCT Adventure bikes as a possibility,I like the Africa Twin but little too high me thinks I test rode the X-ADV and REALY liked it but it's neither a Bike or a scooter. The NC 750's look best option as they're lower (and much cheaper) Anyone on here ride one?

I like Honda's and like the idea of a big(ish) lazy low revving engine and nearly swapped my CB500X for the NC750X but was put off by the weight of the NC750....and plumped for the Suzuki Vstrom XT, which felt bigger & more comfortable for me....I'm 6'1".....yet was a bit lighter.

The DCT version of the NC750X weighs in at 230kg which I might struggle with to get on the trailer behind my M/H.......

Although I appreciate that 230kg is probably peanuts to your Harley....!

Been riding twist and go auto scooters for nearly three years due to bit of Arthritus in knees and hips and I find it great not having to change gear or brake using my feet.My Burgman has option to ride in manual mode like the Hondas DCT,I'd possibly need a handlebar mounted rear brake lever on a NC750.I ride my Hondamatic feet forward using Harley highway pegs on the engine guards but it's a bit asthmatic on motorways, will try and stick a picture of it on here if I can sus out how lol.
