Here we are, three days into our holiday and it's all going splendid. The site here at Koningshof is very well kept, and has really good facilities, for young and old.It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and the villages in the close vicinity are worth a visit just to look at the well laid out gardens ( using one's bike of course ).Everytime we stepped out of the 'van, someone said hello. We had an afternoon out at Katwijk,a beautiful place, lovely beach. The wind was absolutely howling off that North Sea,but the sun was hot and as I was wearing shorts it felt like being sandblasted. We also visited Madurodam, the scale model of The Netherlands, and apart from being expensive to enter (€15 each) and the food being well overpriced,it was a fascinating and enjoyable visit.

Good story PE, we went to Katwijk and did a 5 hour cruise on the canals into the country.
