Its Time To Get Away [or not]

If all had gone according to plan I would have been reading my Caravan Club Magazine in the wonderful surroundings of The Wharfedale Caravan Site and reading Rowena's article on Page 14 about Spring being finally here. Unfortunately no one told The Weather so we had to reluctantly cancel our visit as our road  to Grassington via Harrogate and Blubberhouses Moor was blocked with deep snow.    So here we are at home in York where it has snowed on and off all day. Still it has given us the opportunity to add a few extra days at our favourite site at Castleton in April  and rebook our trip to Wharfedale for May when HOPEFULLY Spring will really have arrived

    The boss (wife) was telling me of an article on news stating we are having this weather till the end of April. Hope they have got it wrong.Cool
