Just been to The Bridge Inn, in Michaelchurch Escley, Herefordshire!  When we arrived we were just told to pich where we liked, as the whole site was covered in snow!  Then heavy rain cleared the snow, and we found we were piched on grass which was extremely muddy!  When we came to decamp there was no way we could get the Freelander2 near the caravan.

So a call from the phone in the pub to 'Mayday'. Details given and I was told that a local agent would contact me. Very quickly, I was contacted by Lanes of Abergaveny.  Situation explained that we did not need taking home, just help getting the caravan off the site.  They explained that they had no suitable tow truck, but they would sort something out!

Very little time later a tractor turned up from a nearby fam!  The driver being very apologetic for taking so long, but he had needed to change  the tow ball!   Hitched up and pulled out on to a hard pitch,  where we were able to hitch up and set off for home!

Ten out of Ten to 'Mayday'. Well worth belonging too!

Many thanks for passing it on to all concerned.  It meant that what could have been a very stressful event  being dealt with very simply, and we were able to enjoy tout rest of our break!

How fantastic in these days of customer service being forgotten by so many. Well done to the team at Green Flag and their suppliers for going that extra mile.

Another fan of Mayday and Green Flag.  We needed to be rescued by Green Flag and their service was excellent, faultless in fact.  Our car broke down outside of garage working hours. They brought my husband and car home and turned up again early next morning
to transport the car to the garage. All done in a very friendly and courteous manner. We felt comfortable with the rescuers and not once were we made to feel a nuisance. A GREAT service and would gladly reccomend it to dithering customers.

Probably the best money ever spent.  Had to call Greenflag out to rescue us not once but twice within the 2 weeks of our summer holiday.  Both times friendly and efficient service.  They tried to fix the car at the side of the road but unfortunately it had
to be towed.  The 1st was our first day travelling to our first destination, they returned us home and the car to the garage.  The 2nd time on our way home, again super friendly staff and efficient service, brought us home and the car
to the garage.  Nothing was too much for the staff.  I would highly recommend the Mayday Service from Greenflag.

Thank you to all those that rescue came to our aid.

I tried to get assistance under the extra care which I have paid for since 1986 after being discharged from hospital with a catheter and bag .  I phoned to ask if they could take the outfit home for me and was told no.  I was to get a proof that I required
help.IIn the end I drove home 100 miles . I coluld understand their point if they had said we will get you home now but within 14 days you must give us some proof that you did need help.  I thank Mayday for nothing.

having suffered 3 punctures in a month i was concerned to see a cloud of smoke from the rear of our car whilst towing our caravan on the M57 on sunday      My first suspicion was another puncture but it turned out we were on fire   i tow with a hyundai santa
fe and a fitted plastic tray under the engine had caught fire

Others had seen the problem and the fire service were on the scene almost immediately ensuring damage was confined to underneath the car    For the fourth time in about 6 weeks may day were quickly on the scene and having taken our caravan to storage then
delivered the car to our home      Full marks to Mayday but beware owners of Hyundai Santa Fe there is a fire risk!
