When we receive a new site directory, my wife likes to check through it, mark off our favourite club sites and CL's between Xmas anD New Year.  She was a little confused and flummoxed when trying to find Skegness Sands and Milestone in the new book. What a surprise to find they had "moved"!!! They are now listed under the Peak District and East Midlands!!! we have visited Skegness a number of times over the years, and thought it was on the east coast?? We stayed on the lovely Milestone this in September and thought  it was off the A1 in Nottinghamshire.

my wife also couldn't find CL of the year 2010, Mr and Mrs Haworth, Blackpool, has it closed she said? I hope these confusing aspects of the new site directory can be rectified soon please.....

There has already been a lot of discussion on the forum about this and I am sure if you had a look through you would find similar comments to yours. The simple answer is that the Club have changed the names of some sites to indicate where they are rather
a site name which is meaningless if you don;t already know the site. Have to say areas do seem a bit strange but again I doubt you will get an answer here. There is no problem with you posing exactly the same question in the forum.

But maybe you can help me. We are getting a lot of new members posting in the story section and it would help us to understand if we knew why people post here rather than the forum?
