Dear All,

I just wanted to draw all members of the Cravan Club who may live within close driving distance of Hertforshire that Hitchin Cravans of Hitchin Town are now back in business.

I had planned like most owners to take my Bailey Unicorn Valencia back to my Rushton based sales & service centre for my yearly service. I was dreading it. Am early start, hard to park and a service team that, shall we say are not quite as intentive as when their sales team cranked into gear to sell me the Bailey in the first place.

Then I heard that Hitchin based Hitchin Caravan Centre had reopened after a break of some 3 years. The booking process was completed very professionally by Peter Murchie and on the agreed date I arrived mid morning where upon Peter was waiting for me to guide me into my alloted parking position. The sericing was completed on time, taking care of two Bailey warranty items and the pricing was at an acceptable level. I must state that the work completed especially the warranty items was at the most highest specification. The pick-up was orderly and the van had been cleanned and vaelted both inside and out. I first calls job at a first class price, at a first class standard by a first class company. I would advise all caravaners within its catchment area to give Hitchin Caravans a try.

I am glad to hear that the service that you received from the New Hitchin Caravans met with your hopes & expectations. I live in South Beds and also have a Bailey and have enjoyed similar service from GT Towing of Welham Green. I am  on my second Bailey
and have always found them very helpfull.
