Here comes the Spring?

What a great day today!  Just makes you want to dust down the caravan and get out in the countryside.  We're off next weekend so hopefully it will still be o.k. then.

It will be the earliest time of year we have been away, but we had a fantastic weekend in Dethick, Derbyshire during March the other year on Simon Groom's CL site.  It was great, surrounded by sheep, although there was no lambing on the farm that year.  It is in easy reach of some great Derbyshire towns and countryside and we were made very welcome.

Got to go ..... I need to get a fix by just sitting in the caravan and absorbing the atmosphere!

    Know what you mean. Had my fix today sitting in motorhome in driveway having cup of tea.

    Can`t wait for next week. Going to France in it.

    We have had the smae thought - took the van out of storage Wednesday evening, checked over - all seems OK, fingers crossed. Off to Lincolnshire later today!
