You sent me two e-mails asking me to submit reviews on sites I recently visited. I was quite happy to do this, clicked on the link, expecting to be redirected to the appropriate page. What do I find, sign in, then the link is gone. Try to find any other link on the site to write a review, nothing. How on earth does anyone else manage to negotioate this minefield of a site? When I finally found a link on one site which seemed to lead to leaving a review, it turned out it was only a rating. So what am I missing here?

Sign in. Search for the sites page on the " planning your holiday section," choose the site you want to review, bring it up on the page. Click on site details box then click on review box. Check over recent reviews if needed and add your own in the box above
marked for submitting reviews. There is a preview and edit button available.Smile Hope this is helpful.

Ive been searching for half an hour now trying to post a review. thanks for the advice but it seems a very longwinded way of doing things. Why not just have a direct link when you log in?

I'm so glad that I found Duffers's story as I was going quielty mental trying to find a way to leave a review.  The process seems so easy when you read the e-mal from HQ but not at all when you try.  It must put off a lot of people from writng a review -
but maybe the intention is to deter the hurriedly written and later regretted outbursts!!  Clever eh?

Please accept my apologies for any confusion. As Brue says you leave the reviews by visiting the relevant site details page and click on the review box.

We have since amended the email slightly to try to avoid any confusion in the future. I have also added the instructions to the
    help page on Club Together.

i am finding the same, would love to review my recent 'holiday' with my grandchildren but links do not work. Round and round in circles like the children who decided to play round and round my motorhome! Only once though-------their place in my attentions
taken by some older very inconsiderate adult neighbours. Cut my hoiday short and went home for peace and quiet. Think the best pitch is in my garden in the school hols., pity as my grandchildren have loved their CC holidays up till now.

I've just written a review (twice) for Tredegar house - not an overly long review but both times timed out (I assume). So then not only will it not post the review, but it also loses the whole thing.

Can't be bothered to type it out again - frustrating!

Despite this it is still not easy to find as the last request to write a review is still confusing

The time out is definitely annoying. I wrote a review and by the time I was ready to submit it the system had timed out. I wrote the whole damn thing again and the same thing happened. Entirely unsatisfactory and yet another symptom of one of the poorest
club web sites I have the misfortune to use.

I am having great difficulty writing a review about Troutbeck caravan site near Keswick, so I am writing it here.  Activity centre next door to it, don't go to the site if your dog is nervous of guns firing off, the site details do not warn you of this being
the case.  We took our two border collies there and they were very nervous and scared of the noise of the guns firing, it spolit our stay.  Also, the plumbing in the toilets and showers could do with a bringing up to date.

I agree, the CC needs to get it's act together and Stop making things difficult for people. Also a degree of flexibility towards regular site occupiers wouldn't go a miss. The opposition is known as the 'Friendly Club' not the gustapo as I feel is the case
    regarding RULES and REGULATIONS!!!

I have managed to post 4 reviews over the years but I am at one with others who have found it very difficult to navigate to the 'post a review' site. I would have posted many more, indeed have just stayed at Carnon Downs, wanted to post a review, but could
not rememeber/find my way to be able to do so. So please Caravan Club, make life easier for IT thick'os like me!

I sit here wasting time and patience trying to find a way to leave a review. I do not really have the urge to do so, but the club asked..So! How difficult is it?  Well, easier than finding a Northern Passage through Canada: and I am sitting here in a warm
    room
