In the Beginning....

We have decided its our turn to take a gap year - well a gap few months! There is so much of the UK we have only seen fleetingly, or not at all, that going overseas doesn't appeal too much at the moment. So, we are looking for a motorhome and the two of us; Ian and Fran, are upping sticks and heading out on the road with Nolly, our Tibetan Terrier. We aim to be gone for 3-4 months.

Every single person we spoke to with any relevant experience told us, Join the Caravan Club" so we did! We have been members for nearly an hour now, so are quite old hands. We will update this story as things develop- watch this space

    Hi there if I could persuade SWMBO I'd love to do the same , only trouble is as a mother hen she can't leave her chicks for more than 2 weeks. Have a great time & keep us postedHappy

    We are planning a 'gap year' next year towing our caravan. We are new to it all too so will look fwd to reading how you get on. Practising our towing this year....going to Europe for our months away. Caravan Club is a mine of information isn't it.  Good
