Parking at the Giants Causeway is not permitted between April/September for Motorhomes. I was informed of this on my arrival at the Causeway by an attendant who suggested I park 2 miles away in Bushmills and come back in a free bus.

I would warn those who do this to take their 'expensive bits' with them as they will become easy pickings for for those who specialise in theft.

National Trust inform Motorhome drivers on the large LED sign at Bushmills that they are not welcome to park at the Giants Causeway along with the usual information stating parking at the Causeway.

By the way restuarant owners at the Causeway we did'nt take the free bus back, but instead enjoyed a lovely meal and walk along a beautiful beach in Portrush.

Mull - Perhaps reposting this in the caravan motohome chat section of discussions may get you a lot more hits

Your comments do not fully square with the NT website which suggests that campervans  may not be able to park between March and October (presumably dpending on availability of space).

We visited twice in May with no problems parking our 5.65metres length van and on our first vist a 6 metres campervan parked next to us. Admitedly, our first visit was on  Friday 1st may and we arrived before 9.am.   The van next to us arrived just after
mid-day when we were having lunch in our van. Our second visit was on Bank Holiday Sunday and we arrived about 10 am - again we had no problems.

Perhaps the seret is to stay at a local site and arrive early.  We would thoroughly recommend Feagh Farm CL which is less  than 3 miles away.
