I can't change my profile picture on my iPad WHY NOT any help please

    I believe you need a device with Adobe to do that.

    You could maybe contact Rochelle for help.

    I have twice changed profile avatar this year. Each time it has taken over 24 ours to take effect. No idea why

    He's trying to use an iPad but his avatar is Windows.

    I know CY but I was pointing out that even when he suceeds in changing his avatar it will be quite a long time before he knows that he is succesful Laughing

    I agree that you will probably get the best advice from  CC .  Having said that & doing some research on various threads on CT I also found Adobe Flash Player is needed & I don't believe ipads/iphones have this.

    This current website doesn't like Apple iPad devices, I have never been able change my avatar when using iPad, but fine with Mac Book. When you do change your avatar, you need to use the refresh button to get it to show your new one after around 10 minutes!
    There is no other website quite like this one for strange anomalies!

    Perhaps the new system, available next week, will be image posting friendlier than the current set up. A picture paints a 1000 words as they say Tongue Out

    I have also been doing some checking and yes I agree you do need Adobe Flash. Firefox appears not to like Adobe Flash and I used IE to change my profile picture.
