There's a discussion in the Introduction section which when I access it takes me to a posting in the UK sites section. What the heck is going on?? Have others had this happen to them?

I think a Champ moved it, Nellie, but somehow left a bit behind.

Well I'll not have to e-mail the Comm Manager again then. Thanks, TW.Wink

This confused me as well. I think the problem is the last  topic on the discussion page does not update until something new is posted. The topic has been moved but this ghost image will exist until someone posts something new in this section. Usually this happens fairly quickly so you never notice.

    It's hidden at the moment.

That's because hitchglitch just posted on a thread within introductions. I think it is gone for ever now.

The way I understand it is that if a post is moved, the 'footprint' remains on the main menu page until someone starts another thread or until another thread is bumped up.  Then it will dissappear from its original place and will only be visible in its new place.

Exactly why this happens is not clear, but it will dissappear soon, if it's not already gone!  Smile

Thankfully it's not a new problem.  It's always been like that.

Thanks all. If I spot it happening again I'll know what's what.
