    10oz gammon ,2 eggs and chips & pint of Doombar for less than £7 is is good  followed by warm chocolate fudge cake and ice cream at £2.35 ,Witherspoons for usCool

    .... and we had a brilliant fryup breakfast at Wetherspoons in Ayr earlier in the week, totally unhealthy and plenty of it

    Item in today's paper,(well the Sun) Wetherspoon's brekkie 1,500 calories and six times the adult daily recommendation.  Must confess to being a Wetherspoon regular, particularly on Steak Night. £7.99 for a 12oz steak with all the trimmings and a pint of
