Hello, for the first time ever hubby and I are having Christmas by ourselves, my family have given me a break from caring for Mum and so we can have a week off at Christmas and spend a romantic time with the dogs which will be lovely! Just trying to search
CL's but have to open every one to see when they are open, was hoping for a date search facility but realise probably not possible. Can anyone recommend a lovely quite CL they have stayed on that is open at Christmas and the New Year. Quite fancy, Devon, Cornwall
or Norfolk, we ar ein Gloucestershire and only have a week so don't want anything more than 4 hours away. We have no children so adult only is fine, we do have two dogs. Don't need washrooms as all onboard but EH would be good.

Ideally near dog friendly beach or if in the countryside, dog walks straight off site or dog walking field so they can do a quick wee at bedtime without driving off to a walk.  Not wanting to wish my life away especially with 31 degrees hitting tomorrow but
really looking forward to a quiet Christmas! Thanks in advance for any help.

We went to Rock last year, just before Christmas.  Cornwall was very quiet indeed with nowhere open.  We wouldn't go to Cornwall again in the winter.  We've stayed at Newbury Park CL several times and enjoyed going into London on the tube and having a meal, going to a show, seeing the Christmas lights and hearing the Carol singers on Travalgar Square.

You'd be very welcome at our CL - Burn Farm, Bridgerule, Holsworthy (our address is Devon but we're actually in Cornwall).  We have hardstanding for during the winter months, allow dogs and have an adjacent dog walking field although that can get a bit boggy in the winter so you'd need wellies  We're about 10 minutes drive from Bude with it's beautiful rugged coves and sandy beaches.  Please check us out on the CC website and read our reviews and we also have a facebook page too (Burn Farm Certificated Locations Caravan Site)  Yes Cornwall is quiet but that's what makes it so lovely here!

We've just booked a CL for Christmas. It will be our first time away over the festive period and I can't wait! Happy
