CL near Cromer or Great Yarmouth
Can anyone recommend a CL near the sea near Cromer or Great Yarmouth. Thinking about going last week in September. We have three dogs who are on our local beach daily in Fife. I have also been looking at Seacroft , Incleboro Fields and also Great Yarmouth
Club sites.

You have the race course at Yarmouth which is walking distance to the sea but there are few CL's close to the sea. Barleywood just outside Fakenham is fantastic but will probably still be full. We have stayed at Bradfield Hall Farm, just outside North
Walsham, its a nice peaceful site but a drive to the sea.Bramble Park is a nice little site situated a couple of miles from Cromer in the villiage of Felbrigg.

The race course at Great Yarmouth is literally a short walk to the beach, lovely dunes before you reach the beach. We like the site, the facilities are lovely - if you want them. The wardens are lovely too.
Haven't made it up there this year . Good beach walks in both directions, you're a long way from the 'seaside' element of Yarmouth. There's also Eric the seal to look out for.0 -
Incleboro Fields is ideal if you have dogs, we are here at the moment. It is surrounded by countryside, lots of footpaths which you can access directly from the site and just a short walk to the beaches of West/East Runton, beach or cliff top walks to Sheringham
and Cromer, both within a few miles. Not the cheapest site but well worth the money for the convenience of dog walks on the doorstep. And the site is immaculately maintained by the brilliant wardens.0 -

Hi Everyone. Thank you for your replies. We are going to decide between Seacroft Incleboro Fields or Great Yarmouth. Could anyone recommend one more than the other.

If we had to choose we would always go to Seacroft first. Cromer is lovely and the beaches either side of the town are dog friendly, we spend a lot of time there. Second would be Great Yarmouth. Although I detest Great Yarmouth itself the site is quite away from the town and the beach is dog friendly. We have also used Gotrans CL near Happisburgh a lot. It's very quiet and secluded, fabulous owners and has won CL of the year twice and I think joint second last year. It is however a two mile walk to Happisburgh beach along quiet lanes.

We would always go Inclebro first as it works better for us having a dog. Seacroft would be probably be better if you have children as there are more facilities on site and you are nearer to the beach and Cromer.
It just depends on your own personal wants and needs.

It's about 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach but you would need to jump off a cliff to get to it.
The nearest accessible beach is a further 10 minutes away.

It is a 20 min walk (without the cliff), but then it depends on how quick you walk. You can either walk via the road or there is a pathway across a field Once you have crossed the main road.
