Same goes for us. With only a small caravan and a porch awning - and 2 dogs to fit in somewhere! - the shower gets used as a store room. We love using CLs and for a couple of days can make do without facilities, but for a longer stay we look for CLs that
do offer a toilet and shower. Yes we miss out on some gems but we'd rather do that than go for a behemoth!

Happy. Use left and right arrows to navigate.

Currently on a gorgeous CL in our MH, having chosen wisely, we won't get stuck! Grass pitches are underpinned by plastic matting, best of both worlds!  Pouring down with rain, but we know we are fine. Place is wonderfully landscaped with colourful shrubs and small trees, lots of Winter colour, loads of birds flitting in and out of individual pitches. All to ourselves today, neighbours departed yesterday. Woodland Trust walks adjacent, World Heritage Site half a mile walk away, cycle paths to die for, restored canal for canoeing. All for £12.50 per night! What more could we want! :)

Edit: departure day today, forgot to mention we are in no rush, stay as late as we like! Make the most of your stay, said owner!

Sounds wonderful,  worth paying membership fee for, on its own then. Happy

We love cl,and cs,s as in both clubs.Looking foward this weekend to one in somerset(highbridge) when we go to pick up a new caravan. So pleased that they do open all year round, and this one has hardstanding.Use them for weekends and week trips.Much nicer
locations and the peace and quiet does it for us.

We drove past Chatsworth Club Site to get here as well, with big wide grins on our faces! Sun is out now, just chilling, watching a pair of nuthatches sorting out a nest hole! I will be leaving a full review on Caravan Chat website complete with photos if
anyone interested, in next couple of days! Can't post photos on here!

I don't use CLs much any more as I'm not finding many in the sort of locations I look for but long may they continue!!

linw, That is probably the one that I use, just a few hundred yards up from Highbridge caravans. Excellent!
