I certainly do - and I remember dancing to his records at our local sports club, which ran 'dances' on a Saturday night in the very early sixties.  This was open to all teenagers, and sold nothing but crisps and pop but attracted huge numbers of people!
I loved his music and thought him very handsome.

One of my favourite pop stars as a teenager, along with many others. My bedroom walls were covered in the centre page pictures of them all.

Much the same for me, remember listening to his singles, sharing the music with friends, happy days.

I was lucky enough to see Bobby Vee at the Odeon, Manchester, many years ago. He, and Dusty Springfield were support acts for The Searchers. Both were far better than The Searchers.

    RIP, Bobby.

    (And Dusty)

Seems he couldn't bounce back this time. Part of our musical heritage for those of us of a "certain age".
